The plaque is approximately a 12cm disc in wood veneer with 4 colour acrylic rainbows/Heart.

The colour order of the rainbows/heart will be random each time, so will differ from this image (colours include pale blue, pale pink, yellow and spearmint)

Name will be added using laser engraving, therefore the texture and appearance may differ from photo to the direction of the wood.
