Shipping policy

My current turnaround time for each product is stated within the product description. I will endeavour aim to process and despatch within the stated time frame.

Most items will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Exception is made for those items being sent via letter.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, in the unfortunate instance that your item does not arrive, we are unable to process refunds or replace items before 10 working days has passed.
